Before founding TPG Group, Mr. Pham Hai Dang had more than 14 years of experience working for the Government of Vietnam at the Department of External Finance - Ministry of Finance & was in charge of the real estate investment market at Vinaland Fund - Vinacapital.
Elected as a member of the Board of Directors in 2014, Mr. Pham Tien Dung is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum Deputy General Director of TPG Group. Before joining, he had achieved many great achievements in the field of auditing & finance: Deputy Director of Vietnam Auditing and Financial Consulting Partnership Company, Deputy General Director of Auditing Company Limited. and international financial consulting.
Qualification: Bachelor of Accounting majoring in Auditing Ms. Le Thi Le Quyen has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Finance - Accounting. In the period from 2018 to 2020, she used to hold the position of Deputy General Director cum Finance Director of Truong Phuc Real Estate Joint Stock Company (the predecessor of TPG Group); from 2011-2017, she was a Senior Auditor of International Financial Consulting and Auditing Company Limited (IFC).
Qualification: Master of Human Resource Management - Massey University, New Zealand & UEH. In 2021, Ms. Pham Kim Ngan officially joined TPG Group as a member of the Board of Directors.
